The simple rules.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. You’re responsible for your account and for what happens with it, so keep your sign-in secure.

You keep ownership of the photos you add and, as far as the law allows, of the results you create. You give us permission to store, process and show them to you only so we can provide PhotoGTP (for example, sending a photo to our AI provider to make the edit you asked for). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only add photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, make sure they’re okay with you editing it.

• Create sexual content involving minors, or sexual or nude images of real people.
• Make realistic edits of someone to deceive, harass, bully or impersonate them.
• Create content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Present AI-edited images as real where that could mislead or harm people.
• Try to break, overload or get around the limits and safety filters of the service.

Our AI providers may refuse requests their safety filters flag. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

AI edits are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect. Check results before you rely on or share them. You’re responsible for how you use what you create.

• Free includes 3 AI edits and up to 3 projects. Limits may change; we’ll show your current allowance in the app.
• Pro is a subscription bought on photogtp.com and processed by Stripe through Clerk. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account’s billing settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds follow the law where you live.

If you downloaded PhotoGTP from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple isn’t responsible for PhotoGTP or its support, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

You can delete your account anytime in the app (Account → Delete account) or on the website (profile menu → Delete account). That permanently deletes your projects and photos, as described in our Privacy policy.

We work hard to keep PhotoGTP available and reliable, but it’s provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada that apply there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
